The PTA Goals for 2006-2007 School Year

The mission of the Thomas G. Pullen Creative and Performing Arts Focus School PTA is to provide the necessary support that enables all students to reach their academic and artistic potential.  The goals of the Thomas Pullen PTA for the 2006-2007 School Year are:

• Increase membership.  We need to strengthen our numbers (360 members), so
  we can have a greater voice before school board and other organizations
  that make decisions affecting our children. There IS strength in numbers.

• Improve Communication and increase parental involvement.  We are all one
  village. We can help you, and you can help us, if only we make our needs
  known to one another. Call us. Come to the meetings. Let us know what your
  concerns are. Join your PTA, read and respond to those flyers, and lend a
  hand whenever you can.

• Partner with the community.  Businesses can be very generous, and we can
  return their generosity by our patronage and support.
